お見舞いメッセージ

この度の大地震により被災された方々へ、心よりお見舞いを申し上げます。

震災に伴う専門医制度認定、更新手続きに関するお知らせ

この度の東日本大震災により被災されました皆様には、心よりお見舞い申し上げますとともにお亡くなりになられました方々のご冥福をお祈りいたします。

さて、日本泌尿器科学会専門医制度におきましては、毎年、専門医制度の更新ならびに指導医の初回認定、更新の手続きを行っております。

今年度（2011年）の専門医の更新、ならびに指導医の初回認定、更新に関しましては、被災された先生方の申請手続きにおいて１年間の猶予を認めることにいたします。なお、来年度認定された場合でも、認定日は2011年４月認定といたします。

また、震災被害の状況によりましては、今後の申請手続きに関して再度、会員の皆様方に十分配慮する方向で対処いたします。さらに2012年に申請手続き予定の先生方に関しましても後日何らかの配慮を講じたいと思います。

東日本大震災で被災されました皆様には、心よりお見舞い申し上げますとともに、一日も早い復旧・復興をお祈り申し上げます。

この度の震災によって、専門医・指導医および教育施設認定証、研修記録簿、学会会員カードを紛失または破損なさった先生方が多いことと存じます。

通常ですとこれらの再発行は有料となっておりますが、被災地の状況を鑑み、 無料で再発行する旨、理事会にて決定致しました。

該当の先生方には随時対応させて頂きますので、学会事務局までご連絡下さい。

度重なる余震やご不便な生活により、心休まらない日々をお過ごしのことと存じますが、皆様方の安全とご健康を心からお祈り申し上げます。

東日本大震災の影響で開催中止となった学会の参加単位・発表業績の取り扱いについて

専門医制度審議会

3月11日の東日本大震災により犠牲となられました方々のご冥福をお祈りいたしますとともにご遺族の皆様に深くお悔やみを申し上げます。また被災されました皆様には心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

東日本大震災の影響で、本年3月以降に開催を予定されていたものの中止となった学術集会が多くございましたが、その中でも日本泌尿器科学会の専門医教育研修単位として認められている学術集会について、次のように研修単位等を認めることとなりましたのでご報告申し上げます。

• 第28回日本医学会総会
  ＊参加単位20点を認めます。
  事前登録をなさった先生方には日本医学会総会事務局よりDVDなどと共に「参加証」が送付されておりますので、先生が専門医の更新をなさる際に、「参加証」原本を専門医更新申請書類に添付してください。次回専門医更新時まで参加証原本を保管してください。申請書に添付いただく参加証はコピーでは単位に認められません。
• 第21回日本性機能学会東部総会
  ＊後日行われたWEBプレゼンテーションへの参加につきましては「参加単位」としては認めないこととなりました。WEBプレゼンテーションでの発表については、発表業績および発表による研修単位（筆頭5点、連名1点）を認めます。
  日本泌尿器科学会ホームページ「研修単位・業績登録システム」にて発表業績を申請してください。専門医・指導医認定更新申請時までに審査され、単位・業績が認定されます。
• 第68回栃木地方会、第357回新潟地方会、第87回茨城地方会、第244回東北地方会
  ＊参加単位、発表業績・単位は認められません。

専門医制度審議会において検討した結果、公式の学術雑誌に発表内容が掲載された場合（学術集会開催のための抄録集は除く）には、発表の業績および発表による単位を認めることとなりました。上記学術集会もしくはそれ以外の学術集会で該当するものがございましたら、資料等を添えて日本泌尿器科学会専門医制度審議会までお知らせくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

東日本大震災による申請の延期について

東日本大震災の影響で、専門医更新に必要な研修単位の取得や指導医申請に必要な発表業績等の実績が不足となる場合、2012年専門医更新、指導医初回・更新申請にあたる先生については原則として1年間の申請延期を認めることになりました。具体的な手続きは次の通りとなります。

• 1年間の延期を申請する場合は、東日本大震災の影響により単位取得、学会発表等が困難であったことの理由を添えて更新延期申請書（書式自由）を2012年2月29日までに専門医制度審議会宛に提出する。
• 提出された更新延期申請書類については2012年3月の専門医制度審議会において確認し更新延期の許可通知を発行する。
• 専門医制度審議会において延期申請が認められた場合、研修単位、発表業績等については2007年4月1日から2013年3月31日までの6年間のものを有効とし、更新手続きは2013年1月5日から2013年3月末日までに完了する。
• 2013年に認定された場合、その後5年ごとに更新するものとする。
• 専門医制度審議会において認められなかった更新延期申請者については4月までに2012年度の専門医更新／指導医初回・更新申請手続きをしなくてはならない。
• その他状況に応じて対応を考慮する。
